Terms of service
General Information
Orders can only be placed through the web store. We do not accept orders over the phone or by mail.
Sales tax will be applied on all domestic orders. Tax is calculated based on the applicable sales tax and use tax laws within each state.
Merchandise is limited to the sizes, colors, and variants listed on our website. If a size or variant does not appear online, it is currently unavailable. Be sure to check back as items may be restocked and available for purchase at a later date.
If the item you ordered was unable to be fulfilled because of stock related issues we may contact you via the email provided in your order to exchange the item for another item of equal value or offer you a full refund. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
Pre-Orders
Please send an email to cigarsunbanded@wearsthetrend.com with your order number and desired order changes.
Cigars Unbanded Store sales are final. Requests for exchanges or refunds will only be accepted due to receiving damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders.
Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed but in some cases may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping
In most cases, orders are processed within 4-7 business days*. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. *Choosing expedited shipping methods does not decrease order processing and production times.
Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified. Please consult your shipping provider for any additional holiday-related transit delays.
Items within a single order may be shipped separately from different locations. This is to ensure the most timely delivery of your items. Please refer to each product's processing time listed within the product description.
A shipping notification will be sent with tracking to the email address entered during checkout as soon as the order ships. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specified.

Lost or Missing Packages
Lost or missing packages for orders showing a delivered tracking status are not eligible for replacement or refunds. Once a package leaves the fulfillment facility with the carrier, delivery is beyond our control. Check with your neighbors and contact your local post office for a GPS location of where and when the package was dropped off.
Returns
All Sales Are Final.
Because most products are custom made at the time of purchase we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete please email us at: cigarsunbanded@wearsthetrend.com.
If damaged, please provide evidence of the damage in your email and we will provide a return label via email. Once the damaged item has arrived at our facility, we will provide a replacement provided the item is in stock. If not, we will provide another item of equal value.
If your order contains an incorrect item, please email us and we will provide a return label via email. Once the incorrect item has arrived at our facility, we will ship the correct item to the address provided. If for some reason the correct item is no longer in stock we will submit a refund for that item or can send a replacement item of equal value at your request.
We will not be responsible for damages to merchandise once the item has been washed or worn.
